U.S. Orders:
JustGuys Store is offering free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $40
(before tax & shipping) within the 48 contiguous states. Orders under $40 are charged a flat shipping
fee of $4.50. We ship via United States Postal Service from California for all domestic orders. If you prefer
another shipping method, please ask us for details. Our processing time is usually 3 business days and the
delivery time is usually within 5 business days. As these are guidelines only, we cannot guarantee exact
delivery times unless using USPS Express Mail Service, which is available at an extra cost (see below).
We ship via United States Postal Service to Alaska, Hawaii, all P.O. Boxes and other US territories.
International Orders:
We ship by air mail via the United States Postal Service to all countries outside the United States,
including Canada.
Please note that we are offering free shipping to all international orders over $60.
Order processing time is usually 3 business days and delivery time is anywhere from 3-14 business days.
As this is a guideline only, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times unless using FedEx International
Economy Service, which is available at an additional cost (please ask us when placing your order).
All international packages are subject to opening and inspection by local customs authorities, and
may be subject to import duties and taxes. Malestrom Online has no control over this and, therefore,
cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes or delays resulting from local customs.
Please be advised that international law requires us to fully disclose the contents and value of
each package we ship internationally.
Returns & Exchanges:
We are very proud of the products we sell and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are unhappy with your order in any way, you may return or exchange any UNOPENED AND UNWORN product for up to
30 days after receipt of your order. When returning an item, be sure to include your original invoice and indicate if you would like a refund or would prefer an exchange. When requesting an exchange, please provide the style, size and color of the new item you wish to receive.
If you do not have your invoice copy, please be sure to indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper. In order for us
to refund or credit you for any returns or exchanges, it is important that we receive all returned products
in the same "brand-new" condition as you received it, including all original packaging. If returning apparel,
all original tags must still be attached and clothing must not be worn or washed. We will happily offer
another product of your choice as an exchange or offer a credit or refund for the amount you paid. If the
returned item was a gift, we regret that cannot give you a refund. We regret that we cannot refund any shipping fees you incur when returning
products to us unless it was an error on our part. We will, however, happily pay any postage costs in sending
the replacement item of your choice. We highly recommend that you use a delivery method that offers a traceable,
insured service as we cannot offer any refunds for returned products that go missing or are damaged in transit,
therefore, please take care in packing returned products well. In the case of exchanges, please let us know
which item(s) you would like as a replacement as soon as possible so we can have it ready to ship out to
you upon receiving your return. Depending on the method you use to return the item(s) to us, it can take
up to 5-21 days for us to receive your parcel. If you placed your order with a credit card, a credit will
be applied to your account, and should appear on your statement usually within one billing cycle from the
time we process your return. If you ordered by money order, a refund check will be sent to you via first-class
mail.
